Try a banana shake
1 large banana
1.5 cups of soy or almond milk
2 tablespoons of honey
Drink slowly!

Since alcohol will dehydrate the body, bananas will help in not only rehydrating the body, but also in calming an upset stomach.
The honey will help to build up depleted blood sugar levels.
